Can You Help Us Find Our Charity of the Year for 2022?

Happy Valentines and New Year to you all.
I’m excited about 2022 because even though we’re in a challenging period due to Covid-19, we’re in a much better place than we were this time 12 months ago.
This time of year always fills me with ideas about improving things, personally and professionally. I love goal setting and looking ahead, whether trying to get fitter, improve my sleep quality, or build on our boutique agency’s successes from recent years.
We’ve several goals for our business as we enter our 31st year serving the people of Wembley and the neighbouring areas.
At the top of our 2022 to-do list is to find a local charity or community group of the year we can support over the next 12 months.
Our idea is to work with a charity which needs to be based in Brent. Ideally, it would benefit from a monthly donation from us throughout 2022 and be the recipient of a fundraising event during the year.
My dad, who started Grey & Co back in 1991, would always remind me of the importance of giving back to the local community.
Our team all live locally, and we make our living from serving local people, so it feels entirely natural to get involved as much as we can to help our community.
I believe that businesses have a social responsibility to the neighbourhoods and people where they are based. And I see an estate agency as a professional service many local people will need at some point in their lives.
I’d love to be in a position where we can support lots of local charities, but we’re not, so working alongside one for the next 12 months means we can at least do something positive.
