Coronavirus (Covid-19) Statement
Grey & Co have been closely monitoring the situation with regard to the spread of Coronavirus (Covid-19). Our top priority is to ensure the welfare of our employees whilst also ensuring that we continue to maintain the level of service that our clients have come to expect from us.
Grey & Co have been closely monitoring the situation with regard to the spread of Coronavirus (Covid-19). Our top priority is to ensure the welfare of our employees whilst also ensuring that we continue to maintain the level of service that our clients have come to expect from us.
Currently it is business as usual at Grey & Co, with the following exceptions:
1. Property Inspections – there will be no property inspections for the next six weeks;
2. Viewings – We will only be conducting viewings at vacant properties until further guidance
is provided. It may be possible to conduct a video viewing if the applicant is self-isolating;
3. Office Visits – We will be closed for office appointments from 10 am Friday 20 March 2020,
until further notice;
4. Maintenance – Emergency work will be prioritised and non-essential work may be
postponed, depending on the availability of contractors for the work required. However, if
the tenant is self-isolating and maintenance works are scheduled at their property these will
have to be postponed until such period as it is safe for the contractor to attend the property.
The above measures will be in place until such time as further guidance is made available.
We have taken steps to mitigate the disruption by making arrangements so that all employees can work from home.
We are regularly monitoring the situation and will update you as and when there are further changes.
