Ok so we’ve played around with the title a little, but it’s worth it. People who are looking at property use all their senses to make their decisions, including smell. So, keep on top of odours with plenty of fresh air, deodorisers, or scented candles.
5 When You’re Cleaning windows
Viewers are put off by dirty windows so give them a good clean and let the sunshine flood in.
